  • Google Maps — Our homepage and contact page embed Google Maps to show our location. When these pages load, Google may collect usage data, set cookies, and process your IP address in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain form submission data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected:

  • Contact form inquiries and banquet reservations are retained until the inquiry is resolved, then deleted.
  • Job applications are retained for the duration of the hiring process and then deleted.
